Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my delivery take?

All products are hand made and craftsmanship should never be rushed. Please allow 2 business days for the piece/pieces to be made. From there the order will be dispatched to reach you within an additional 2-3 business days. So from date of order approximately 5 business days.

Who will deliver to me and should I be doing something else?

We use various established and reliable courier services that will deliver to your gate. We will communicate with you prior to delivery so that you know when to expect them. Please have someone present as to avoid a missed delivery. We know about that disappointing feeling when precious cargo is delayed.

If your order, for whatever reason fails to reach you, we will send you a replacement order at no additional cost to yourself.

Is there a Warranty on the Murano Glass Jewelry?

Yes! Our hand made pieces are annealed to make them more robust and give you peace of mind. We have a standard 6 month replacement warranty that in the event of poor workmanship or failure due to inferior materials, we will replace the unit for you at our cost. If you experience this send us a photo so that we can make a further assessment before returning the piece.

Our Murano Glass pieces are annealed in a special curing oven to make them harder. They can still break if extensively man handled or severely dropped. As with any jewelry extra care should always be taken.
